Who We Are
Mountain View Humane is a collaborative effort of the Montgomery County Friends of Animal Care & Control, the Humane Society of Montgomery County, the Roanoke Valley SPCA and the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in response to the euthanasia rates in the region. MVH was founded in 2009 to provide spay and neuter services to Montgomery county and surrounding areas and to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter programs.

Mountain View Humane is excited to provide spay and neuter services for your cat and/or dog. We know the love that a companion pet brings to our lives, and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to not only have a companion pet, but provide it with the care needed.
